May, 2009 Susan M. N. Antonio joins Furman Gregory Deptula as Of Counsel Susan M. N. Antonio, Esq., brings over 25 years of experience including corporate and securities law, venture capital, private placement, business development, financial operating, tax and public accounting. Her broad experience includes public and private securities, corporate and partnership formations and dissolutions, corporate and partnership governance and contractual matters with particular focus on the myriad legal and financial issues associated with developing early stage companies and commercializing technologies. Ms. Antonio also serves as chief legal counsel to Saturn Partners, a Boston-based venture capital and private equity firm where she has structured and negotiated $70M of privately placed debt and equity securities and $50M of venture capital investment in a broad range of industries.

March, 2009 Furman Gregory LLC, now Furman Gregory Deptula, adds a partner, George C. Deptula, broadening its corporate legal offering. George C. Deptula, Esq., brings over 35 years of experience to the firm, continuing his practice in trial and appellate cases, corporate advice and work, as well as mediation and ADR.  He will focus on general business and commercial problems; contract disputes and recovery of business damages or losses; protection or enforcement of intellectual property rights; real estate, development, environmental and construction disputes; and partnership and closely held corporate problems. He will also continue his practice as George C. Deptula, P.C. in professional negligence and liability; general tort, business or personal injury claims; employment and civil rights disputes; and divorce, family law and trust and probate disputes.
